Thanks to the wonderful passion of coffee our incredible city holds, we are fortunate to have spent another year working alongside the best roasters in the world to bring in the best coffees. As a testimony to this, we have two coffees from the Ethiopia Cup of Excellence roasted by Prodigal Coffee in Boulder, CO. that have inspired a coffee tasting. To complement these coffees I’ve pulled a Panamanian Gesha from Savage Coffee roasted by Hydrangea Coffee Roasters, a beautiful natural Costa Rican by Dak Coffee Roasters from Amsterdam, and an astounding India Ratnagiri Coffee fermented with White Flowers and roasted by Black And White Coffee that is truly unlike anything I’ve had.
